It is with great pride Pi Beta Phi Foundation announces Texas Alpha Ann Dudgeon Phy has accepted a permanent designation as Foundation President Emerita.

“I am honored and will be happy to serve in that capacity,” Ann said. “[I appreciate] this lovely recognition and the opportunity to be involved again with the Foundation.”
Teri Champion, Executive Director of Pi Beta Phi Foundation, shared, “As the Foundation considered ways to celebrate the achievement of reaching our 20th Anniversary, we kept coming back again and again to Ann’s exemplary service as the first President of the Foundation Board of Trustees. Ann will say that being the first President provided a great opportunity; there is no doubt that it also created numerous challenges which were all met with Ann’s indomitable spirit and gentle grace during her six-year tenure. The Foundation is very pleased to honor Ann and her leadership, which was so instrumental in the formative years of the Foundation.”
Ann held several leadership positions within Pi Beta Phi, including Grand Secretary and Nominating Committee Chairman for the Fraternity, as well as Foundation President and Secretary.
The Foundation thanks Ann for her continued dedication and welcomes her in her new role.
