
The successful completion of our Campaign means expanded programming, a larger donor base and more money to manage. This translates to an increased staff workload. Anticipating this, the Board of Trustees hired a human resources consultant to assess current and foreseeable needs and help us design a structure to take the Foundation to the next level.
The newly adopted structure (shown here) enhances the depth and experience of our team by redefining the role of the Executive Director and by adding a Development Director and a Marketing & Communications Director. The Campaign has allowed the Foundation to step up to a new level and the new structure will support this progress and momentum. This is an exciting time for the Pi Beta Phi Foundation.
