

Kathy is currently the Chief Financial Officer of EFT Source, a supplier for debit, ATM and credit cards. Prior to joining EFT, she worked with numerous entrepreneurial companies, focusing on small business stragic development. She also served as a Senior Business Consultant with the Small Business Development Center.
An alumnus of Leadership Nashville, Kathy's passion is to lead and serve and make a difference. She has provided extensive support for the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, serving on the Board of Education as both Vice-Chair and Policy & Finance Chair. She also served as Chairman of the Parent Advisory Council and participated as a Surrogate Parent. In recognition of her dedication and leadership in the public schools, Kathy received the PENCIL Foundation Bronson Ingram Award. Current community service includes: PENCIL Foundation Board, Belmont United Methodist Church Trust (Chair), Greenways of Nashville Board, and the Hermitage, Home of President Andrew Jackson, Board of Regents (Treasurer).
Kathy is married to Pat Nevill and they have two children - Leigh and Kyle. Her hobbies include remodeling & gardening with husband Pat and finding treasures - used and 70% off. Kathy was elected to the Foundation board in 2007.

Jan lived most of her life in the Midwest before a move with her young family to Southern California in 1992. She is the mother of three wonderful adult children; Katie, Michael and Brian, who is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon (Oregon Beta) at the University of Oregon.

Karen Consulas Price is new to the Foundation board, having just been appointed in June 2011. Her past service includes the Foundation board as an ex-officio and as past Grand VIce President Finance for the Fraternity.

Karen comes to the Foundation with a wealth of fundraising and board experience. After losing her brother to AIDS fifteen years ago, Karen began fundraising for The Malta Center & Body Positive, an HIV/AIDS Community Based Research and Resource Center, chairing their black tie gala Night for Life and the Children’s Concert. She has served on a number of boards and committees in the Phoenix area including The Crisis Nursery (Board Chairman), The Phoenix Symphony (Chairman), The Heart Ball benefiting the American Heart Association (Vice Chairman) and The St. Barnabas Foundation (Trustee).
Karen & her husband Craig received the Lifetime Philanthropic Award in 2003 from Body Positive and have also been recognized for their support of The Boys and Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix. Karen has served the Foundation as a member and chairman of Graduate Fellowship Committee and as a very effective member of the Major Donors Committee for our recent Campaign. She was also Chairman for the 2007 Pi Beta Phi Convention held in Phoenix.
Karen participates in many activities with her children Madison & Jackson and Harrison and currently volunteers in the high school office. Karen enjoys traveling with her family, reading, listening to music, walking on the beach and playing tennis.

Peggy was elected as a trustee in 2006. As a former PR & Marketing professional, Peggy brings to the Foundation significant communications expertise. Her career experience includes Vice President Communications & Vice President Investor Relations for Corrections Corporation of America and Account Executive for Dye, Van Mol and Lawrence Public Relations. She served as Vice President Research for Morgan Keegan & Co, an investment banking firm, during which time she earned her Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Peggy’s experience brings a comprehensive knowledge of best practices regarding both employee and volunteer management. Prior to joining the Foundation, Peggy served the Fraternity as chairman of the Legislative Committee.
Peggy has many passions in life including her husband Tom, her grandson, playing the piano and studying the Bible.
Mary is new to the Foundation board. She has served Pi Phi as House Corporation President for DC Alpha (George Washington University) and is a member of the Northern Virginia Alumnae Club. Mary brings to the board over thirty years of administrative and management experience at the Smithsonian Institution, serving as Associate Director for the Museum of Natural History, Executive Officer to the Provost and Deputy Director of the National Zoological Park. Mary received the 2008 Carolyn Helman Lichtenberg Crest Award for outstanding professional achievement.

It was with great pride when Pi Beta Phi Foundation announced in June 2010 that Texas Alpha Ann Dudgeon Phy had accepted a permanent designation as Foundation President Emerita.
The title recognize's Ann's years of service and support to the Foundation. A member of the Charter Board of Trustees, Ann became the Foundation's first President.
Ann held several leadership position within Pi Beta Phi, including Grand Secretary and Nominating Committee Chairman for the Fraternity, as well as Foundation President and Secretary.


Mary starts her service as a Trustee in her role as the newly elected Grand President of Pi Beta Phi. Initiated at Oklahoma Beta, Oklahoma State University her journey through Pi Phi has included experience in both the collegiate and the alumnae segments of the Fraternity membership. She served on the Collegiate Programming Committee and has recently been the New Chapter Assistance Office for MS Gamma. Her alumnae experience includes founding two clubs and serving as an officer in four clubs – Richardson/Plano, Northern Virginia, Lake Cities, and Dallas. Her leadership roles have been as president of two clubs, officers in another two, an APP for two years, the Director Alumnae Programming fortwo years, and GVPA for six years.
A professional career of 20+ years of work in the lighting industry occupied Mary for several years, including 5 years of having her own lighting design business.
A very supportive husband Tom, her TX Delta daughter Lauren, her son and his wife and two children make up her family. Travel, photography, skiing and gardening absorb any free time Mary has.
